Monday, November 24 (Opening)

16:00 Press briefing. 17:00 VIP preview. 18:00 Opening, with the premiere of "Presentiment of the End of the 20th Century", a symphony for two pianos and chamber ensemble by Aleksandr Vladimirovich Tchaykovsky, written for and dedicated to Viktors Krotovs' painting "Millennium". Performed by Sinfonietta Rīga, conducted by Andris Veismanis, with pianists Aleksejs Goribols and Polina Osetinska.

Tuesday, November 25

Discussion on anthropomorphic form and mimesis in art, led by philosopher Alexey Romanov.

Wednesday, November 26

Presentation of Balinese art. Discussion on the antique versus contemporary art market with Artūrs Avotiņš. "Artglass" discussion with Groglass (Latvia) and Vitrinen- und Glasbau REIER (Germany). Presentation by HugLock, Art Fairs Service.

Thursday, November 27

"Art Brut" discussion with the disabled persons' society Motus Vita (Latvia) and Outsider ART (Israel). Audio-visual vernissage "METAPANKS" by Artūrs Bērziņš.

Round table "An Investigation into the Origins" with art critic Simon Hewitt (Oxford).

"Confession of an Art Curator", a conversation with Marat Gelman, joined by Alexander Rappaport, Jānis Borgs and Igors Vatoļins.
