ART RIGA for sponsors
Due to the laws of the Latvian Republic, advertisements about strong alcoholic beverages is prohibited: public transport, 100m from culture and education buildings, visual presentation outdoors (environmental advertisements)
With limits there can be advertisements in TV channels visible in Latvia that are outside of Latvia.
It is allowed to use a sponsor’s logotype on every enviroment advertisement product.
The main weight in the sponsor’s advertsment campaign is toward the exclusive presentative bar area in the ART RIGA main room. We can accept the sponsor’s solution or provide our solutions and personel. In the advertisement campaign area there will be included:
1.A presentation during the VIP opening.
The possibility to deal out custom made VIP packets (ART RIGA catalog + the sponsor’s product or printed advertisment products)
2.A presentation during the public opening time.
3.Presentation events in the bar during ART RIGA.
4.A presentation during the ART RIGA participant and VIP afterparty event.
Information about support and sponsor logotypes will be included on all of the printed productions:
1.Advertisement banners out by the event area.
3.Inside event banner.
6.Informative material about the event’s program.
There is a possibility of using the inside opening of the ART RIGA catalog. There is also a possibility of adding a brochure or any printed material to the catalog.
In the ART RIGA web page there will be displayed sponsor’s information.
Due to the Latvian Republic’s laws there can’t be strong alcoholic beverage advertisements on journal and magazine first pages as well as covers, but it is not prohibited to advertise on the inside.
Because of that we can provide you with the complex advertisment suite – ART RIGA + SPONSORS in the Latvian journals “Santa”, “Pastaiga” and other “Santa” events,
“Lilit”, “Privatā Dzīve” and “Kas Jauns”.
We are also offering you to reserve advertisements in these editions in October and November. (2 months before the event and during it).
In Latvian you can also add advertisements in the informative journal “IR” , magazines “Diena” and “Kultūras Diena”, “Lauku Avīze”.
Every day during the ART RIGA event there will be time shown for the presentation pause with different activities. (polls, competitions and things of that nature, that would encourage the sponsors product)
There is a possibility of creating advertisiment clips about ART RIGA in television with a condition that alcohol advertisiments get only 3 seconds or not more than 10% of the total viewing time.
The price of the television advertisements can be specified and be included in the total outlay, shifting from other positions.

During the exhibition there will be a press-center club from 9:00 to 24.00 with free Wi-Fi, cafe with 100 chairs, presentation technology and a Web transmission. For participants, press or anyone. There is also a possibility of visual advertisements in the press-center, during the exhibition and before it.

The Art RIGA VIP Program is a 7-day agenda of exclusive events that includes visits to some of RIGA's top private and corporate art collections, visits to artist studios, curator-led tours of museums and galleries and private receptions.
